Pros

The onsite perks were everything that they are cracked up to be. All of the stories are true, the perks are insane and extensive.

Cons

The work I did at Google was the least meaningful and least impactful of any job at any point in my career. This includes working as a consultant for over 15 different companies over several years. Management was insanely political and great people were forced out because they didn't say the right things or stroke people's egos.
