Pros

Good pay and great benefits. Exceptional colleagues and teammates.

Cons

Workload not sustainable, zero transparency, and in order to even think about getting a promotion you better learn to sell yourself. If you’re not good at talking about yourself and boasting and creating slide decks about how amazing you are and all the awesome things you’ve done for the advancement of Google, don’t expect promo.

The benefits, pay and perks are still great

Cons

The culture is not what is used to be and moving internally is very hard.
