Pros
1. The people - some of the best and brightest people I've ever met. Young, energetic, and creative people make work enjoyable, and interesting. We've got our share of former Olympic athletes, mad scientist engineers, etc. 2. The work - We're the market leaders in so many different spaces, and it's exciting to be on the cutting edge. You get to work on things that might just change the game, and that's exhilarating. 3. It's Google!
Cons
VERY Entrepreneurial. You have to manage your own relationships and career, no one's going to do that for you. This can be challenging, and to some, discouraging. But take it or leave it!
