Pros

Everyone knows the amazing benefits, perks and general culture that Google has. In addition to that because of the number of areas that Google is in, you never get bored. It is very easy to move around in the company and you will always be able to find something of interest within the company.

Cons

The number of engineering projects outside of HQ seems to be low and can be taken away at any given point in time because they decided to move everything to HQ.
