Cons
On my current team, priorities tend to change frequently. Projects may be treated as urgent for a period of time and then deprioritized or discontinued with little notice. This can make it difficult to maintain momentum and can feel discouraging. Additionally, there are inconsistencies in adhering to strong code quality practices within the organization. As someone who values writing thoughtful, maintainable code, I find this aspect concerning for long-term professional growth.
