Pros

When I worked there the staff was very friendly.

Cons

You have to be very efficient and do a good job yet you're underpaid and sometimes you don't even get the proper help during rush hours. They give you a formations and initially, they do ask other employees to help you out but after a while you are on your own. What frustrated me was that I felt like my work was being unfairly evaluated because I was in the kids section. Anyone who's worked in a retail store knows these section are always messy . Yet for whatever reason there's only one person who is in charge of this section but in many instances I'd see 2 people in the woman's section. Even for cleanup after the store had closed I'd see everyone kinda sticking in the woman's and teens section but I no one every came to help me so I always had to ask for help. Thus, it made it look like I couldn't do anything on my own.
