Pros

I have worked with the company for a long time and def can say that there are lots of opportunities to grow within the company as long as you are self motivated and flexible. its a great place to work and lots of people I respect.

Cons

HR needs to protect the little people. I have seen it happen way too long were HR protects the big bosses and not the ones that actually need protection. H&M in the states wants it all, they want to look fabulous with minimum hours used!

Pros

benefits were excellent, better than most

Cons

company integrity changed over the years. Used to be where you could contribute and everyone had a voice until the new country manager came. then it became a dictatorship

Pros

Good part time pay, good people to work with, store are every where in the country and they allow for transfers between store even during university holidays.

Cons

Management don't like to talk to the shop floor staff which can lead to confusion, also the hardware and software could use an overhaul.
