      Good working condition at HCL, career growth and development.

      Strict holidays and pathetic co workers, stupid juniors, I don't know why the company hired them.

      Pros

      Flexibility they love to let there employees work at own pace and will be flexible with work hours. Also no drug test.

      Cons

      Horrible job growth, you have no chance of any upward mobility. Only Indian people can move up. Blatant racism. No job growth, no wage increase. I worked here for 2 year and never once got a raise while I got good ratings as an employee.

      When a contract ends, the company will make some effort to place employees in a new position.

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen; suggestions for training or improved processes are ignored or dismissed out of hand. Some managers claim ownership of employee-suggested improvements.
