People give you freedom to work on your way, without interrupting you. Good initial salary Nice projects to start working on

You don't have a carreer development, unless you are friends with some internal director. After your project ends, managers don't look foward to put you into another project, so probably you will be hanging with anxiety and nothing else. Way too much political work done inside the company, everything is friendly/networking related, if you aren't a friend with a executive probably you will be hanging on the wilds
