Pros

Not sure if there are any. Any pro's I have are from the client company.

Cons

Micromanagement. Low pay and no room for increase. Managers communicate poorly. You don't matter to them. No real training on anything. Seriously, STAY AWAY FROM HCL!

Pros

2 out of 5 managers I have worked for are good in this company. Some don't even communicate to u about anything

Cons

Most projects are uncertain and they will remove u from project if u they dont need u. Some managers dont even inform beforehand. I have moved from 4 different client projects for the past 2 yrs working here and each time i have to start from scratch again. because of this evaluation is not accurate and unable to progress
