      Employee concern are taken care of and concedrns are heard. Nice working environment. Brand name. Decent work-life balance as compared to other companies. One of the few companies which is growing very quickly.

      Cons

      Increment is not high Process is slow for getting things done Resources are not utilized effectively due to lack of proper structure and information.
