1. Graduate Software Trainees are hired at the lowest salary possible. 2. 1 year of bond. 3. Salary increment after 1 to 1.5 years(including training period) is 4-5%. Which makes 500 Rs. per month at 2.0 lac CTC. 4. In some projects they make it impossible to switch to other projects. 5. Your ODC hours are counted during appraisal and if it's less than 7.5 hours you are doomed. 6. Number of hours spent in office is more important than your quality of work. Overtime are appreciated.
