Pros
*Good learning opportunities, and if you are lucky you can get into a good team with a very supportive manager. (But it's not the case always, same as every other IT company) *Good infrastructure, canteen, gym, sports area etc. *Good opportunities to participate in cultural activities, if interested. *Very good chances to go onsite (out of India)
Cons
*In case of recession or lack of projects, there is chance to get laid off quickly. *You might not get under a good management always, and then lots of politics can be there.
