It's a kind of program where HCL started back in 2018/2019 by showing it like premium program for 12th passed of students with the hope of job post 12th. But the dark reality was after joining the program you need to write a bond for employment of minimum 5 years and max upto 8 years depends on the higher education institute you choose. While working in HCL we need to pursue higher education. And they treat like slaves and get you work more for less pay and you cannot ask for more pay as you don't have graduation, so you need to pay all the work load and disrespect still you complete graduation and in this time you hardly get 5% hike per year. and as per the publicly disclosed salary for techbee was around 2LPA which was available in the offical portal. So based on the above details you will get around 3 LPA by the time you finish your graduation. And one may thing that we have graduated and we will get hike but which will not happens they says hike was based on performance. The worst part is for the fresh graduate who came through traditional education HCL is paying the minimum of 5LPA the case with TechBee. So you can decide by your own wish
