Other than the above mentioned pros, everything is in cons. - They don't have any proper structure for the workflow. My project was so new that the office is still in construction. - No proper policies has been written yet. So if you're in managers good book, you'll be in good shape but if you're not, some policies will be written specially for you and they'll always say "I don't want to do micromanagement" - No hope for any bonus, raise or any kind of increment. Compensation might change every month (+- 4000 approx) for no reason, - No future at all. You have to pay 50,000 Rs if you want to leave the company within the 6 months of joining. Notice period is 2-3 months for '0' level employees. - A total of 20 max leaves you can get throughout the year. Also not the whole leave bucket will be available to you throughout the year. Only if you don't take any leave, you'll get this much of leave in the end of the year. - A amount around 2000 will be deducted from your compensation each month if the company is providing the transport.
