      HCL gives you lots of opportunities to learn new technologies as per your interest however you need to grab that opportunity yourself.

      Cons

      Lots of politics and immetured people sitting on higher position who are only afraid of losing their job, try to suppress you to grow.

      Pros

      Opportunities to grow and show your skill. You can pick and choose roles within the organisation. HR is very powerful and have strong influence unlike many organisations( This benefits employees )

      Cons

      Quality of Management in Infrastructure divison can be often pathetic (I had to work with some terrible folks across the aisle). Compensation is poor and retaining good resources is always tough (both in India and US)
