      Could get exposure on Senior Management activities rather than other organizations mask those activities. Flexible timings Direction Interaction with Senior Management at any point of time

      Cons

      Not satisfactory compensation when compared to other organizations for a Senior Project Manager or higher. Atleast CTC for Senior Project Manager should be 18 Lakhs rupees per annum.
