Business Outlook
Pros
Working Environment is at ease. Always filled with good amount of events happening around every month or so. Good scope to learn if we get a chance to work on newer projects entering into Company. Exposure to various technologies purely depends on which project/track we are getting into which is purely a gamble.
Cons
Packages needs to be raised for Freshers. I guess HCL pays least compared to other Employers in IT Sector. . Compensation Benefits are not to level of other companies.
