HCL is very good company for career growth and job security for the performers. Cab facilities is very good compare to all other company. Drops is available every one hour in night and pickups are available every one hour in the day. Door step pickup and drop. Good company for women employees because the policy is very good and gives women employees every good work culture. Work life balance is very good. Friendly environment. Career growth is based on the project and management. On-site opportunity is available based on the project. Future growth is very good in HCL. Health insurance is useful for the family. Open environment to learn the technology If you get good project and management , HCL is best company to work and settle.

Cons

Policy should help the lower salary employees to match with their experience and skills. Should give training more technical cross platform training. HR should help the employees for some issues as per the process. ( relieving early, no track change after more than 24 months, Project change, Location change, etc)
