Some good projects. Few onsite opportunities.
Cons
Located outside of city(Bangalore)24 KM from a decent location in Bangalore. Mostly support projects. Middle Management is "DONKEY" they become manager just with the experience without having any proper managerial roles previously. It says "Employee First"...Believe me its a BIG LIE. Worst employee policies. Good managers are leaving HCL which makes a big difference to the employees. You will always be threaten for your appraisal.Appraisal is also less.
