Nice Team Spirit Good Chance to go onsite Healthy Working environment within team(Exclude managers) Lots of thing to learn. Adequate training provided

Cons

Lacking in innovations Too much talk about employees like Employee First policy and all but in reality it is just a business propaganda. Compensation is not really linked with your performance.Some times you deserve to get promoted but some one else will get promoted. A lot of inside politics.
