Pros

Very nice colleagues and cultural diversity.

Cons

- Virtual annual bonus of 2k you will never get - No management - The supposed management team doesn't care about the project and employees (they won't ever notice when someone is missing) - Administration based in India doesn't care about the Dublin office - Payments issues (for bank holidays not paid you'll have to wait at least 2 month to get it paid) - Forced to work on bank holidays - The HR team will never answer your email or phone call, they also manipulated me to defend the company in a judiciary process - The salary is very low for the workload and the knowledge required - The indian expert's team you will remotely work with will treat you like a dog - Advices or complaints will be listened by the management team but will never be taken into account - If you want to be professional you'll have to do everyone else's job - I got hired to work on the french market on 1 product, I ended up working on the whole EU + middle east market on every products the company could get a contract for without any salary increase over time - The targets defined are unachievable due to the unoptimized processes and the lack of involvement of everyone - Evolution is an awkard company in the company: the management team tried to manipulate me to accept a "promotion" that involved incredible workload/responsabilities for a 2% salary increase - When I was bullied by another employee for 6 months I had to beg for a 1 day off to mentally rest, and the management team didn't care at all - The more you give to the company, the more they'll try to scam you

Pros

Nice colleagues and good location

Cons

The management of this company is done in India and is highly unprofessional. You can expect to fight to have your salary paid in full as they will always find a way to "forget" to pay you what they owe you (worked bank holidays, sometimes they forget one full week of salary, etc). There is an annual bonus but don't count on it, they will always find a way to scr*w you on this one too even if you meet all the requirements. Overall, this company is a joke, avoid at all costs. No sick days paid of course.

Pros

none at all - yup none - rotten company

Cons

poor pay - no pay rises - no sick pay - no benefits - they promote you but offer no extra pay - dog pile work onto you then complain when you are not delivering despite being over loaded - no medical beneifits - no respect from upper management - poor training - training by inexperienced trainers - managers that play mahjong or solitaire all day while passing their duties onto agents who still earn the same pay as newbs - unbelievably high staff turn over rate
