      You are posted to their customer site and being alone, this depend on the SLA with their customer. Just keep yourself up to date by studying and keep your job hunting alive.

      Cons

      Hardly to get income review, you are just on your own, in theory they says employee first but no actions of this by my experience.

      you get to keep your job if u are placed with a project and as long as your project boss is pleased with your performance.

      Cons

      HCL portal always have issues. system is too backwards. greatest joke is they only credit 1 AL to u ev month. despite always showing they are making profits, there are no salary increment and no career progression - you will never get promoted. most unforgettable, i got a salary increment of $14. YES $14. what a joke!
