Salary revised cycle 18 months duration with 2 to 3 percent for the top performance. 2. No promotions, old goons won't allow to come up productive people. 3. Management's are very very unprofessional, offline appraisals, offline ratings and sitting from long time and playing with productive people career doing ramp up and down and holding thr position. 4. No job security 5. No long term projects 6. Be ready to taste bench experience every after 4 months. 7. No skill development training 8. Attar waste company.
