      Pros

      Interesting challenges, outstanding experience, great team. Project-oriented tasks. Diverse responsibilities. Periodical trainings.

      Cons

      After becoming a part of Nokia everything started to downgrade. Massive cuts of employees from 2012. Some expenses look like out of control, so statements about the economy sound weird.

      Pros

      Its a great company, lots of opportunities inside. Whenever you have an idea, there is someone to listen and advice. The top management is incredible, the business has lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      There is a slight lack of organisation in low level management. The worst part is to work with the Delivery/call center department - the management there just pushes back all the work, slows down all actions.
