      Parent company should have sold NAVTEQ instead of dismantling it.

      1) No Overtime. only thing you need to work in shifts. 2) Good atmosphere.

      Pros

      When the company was doing well there were lots of opportunities to travel and work in the field. These experiences were priceless.

      Cons

      It appears to me when Nokia started to take control of Navteq some of the core company objectives were lost. When Nokia wasn't doing well in the marketplace it meant cutbacks at Navteq.
