      + a very good, competetive salary, + a lot of travelling not only in a country but also abroad, + a very nice work team,

      - too much work sometimes - sometimes feeling of not having enough time for private life - no workout places

      Pros

      - great people to work with - teamleads and director are both fair and down to earth people - flexible with working from home - free workout room, free coffee - good benefits

      Cons

      - work requires a lose 24/7 support, no pagers but we periodically log into the network to check apps - pay is on the low end of competitiors - looks like more and more jobs are being outsourced slowly but surely

      Pros

      The hours are flexible. It is a casual work environment. Management is pretty laid back about taking off as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      I feel like there are people within the organization that are not held accountable for their work. They are famous for underpaying their employees. They have made several poor hiring decisions, especially in management rolls.
