      Flexible working hours and remote working, close knit teams, good facilities, higher salary range

      Upper management has no clue what goes on internally. Unevenly assigned resources to projects. Cross collaboration is not encouraged and somehow heads of departments want you to make silos so that "hierarchy" is maintained.
