      Pros

      Friendly and supportive team, great work-life balance, and a positive work environment. People are easy to work with and collaboration is smooth across teams.

      Cons

      There are no major downsides from my experience. Some processes could be improved for efficiency, but overall it’s a solid place to work.

      In past, company was good place to work but since past 2-3 years when ceo, cto and many re-org happened, that company has become toxic and low paying company.

      Cons

      Company is re-structured pathetically. The upper management are making money and doing useless micro management which doesn't help in any employee productivity.
