Sorry to read that you are working with one client and the work is repetitive and frustrating. Turning to your other "Con"; we are very careful when we award salary increases firstly to make sure we are fair to other colleagues doing the same role and to ensure we give equal treatment...as this platform is anonymous I am unable to provide more reasons.
