Pros

Great place to get promoted, get hired, learn, start in your fashion career, be cared for i.e. nice campus, nice colleagues, gym, facilities. Was able to travel a lot for work, good pay. Overall, nice working environment.

Cons

Too many small-minded 'lifers' who are not willing or motivated for company change. Motivation drops when working with these kind of people for a while. Very, very remote location. HR team are not helpful for new starters - no guidance on moving, relocation, help with german paperwork etc.
