Pay. Amazing cafeteria. Good discount on clothes

Cons

The managing board lacks transparency and integrity. New managers are friends of the board, and rarely have relevant experience. Political focus instead of performance. Everything decided on gut feel instead of analysis and logic. Lots of confident idiots.
