Pros
- My experience at BOSS has been overwhelmingly positive. I have been given fantastic opportunities to expand my knowledge and skill set that I don't think I would have had elsewhere. - The MD sets the tone for the business - he is widely respected across the retail and support office network, and this has great impact on the business overall. - My direct line manager is transparent and shares knowledge readily, so I feel as though I have an impact through my work and am a valued team member. - The people generally are great to work with across the retail, warehouse and support office networks and they are really what makes BOSS a great place to work.

- Some issues with systems from time to time, but nothing that really hinders your ability to work.
