You develop your level of giving service to customers, respect from the customers and very good company to have on your CV

The saslessystem is a mess! The HB stores don't like each other due to the high competition. If a customer wants to return a suit in another store they will send him back to the store he bought it from. Even though it's written on the receipt. Because the store will then go minus in the daily budget plan.
