Lovely members of staff Very challenging but rewarding

Cons

Understaffed and there was a definite sense of inequality between male and female staff. Male staff members were treated better than the female staff

Get to wear lovely clothes on the job and the 65% personal discount (50% friends and family discount).

Cons

Not paid enough for the stress that the role created. Was told by my manager that supervisor is the hardest job because they are expected to do the highest sales AND do managerial work like deal with unhappy customers and do admin etc. I was 20 at this point and was being paid the same amount as a 25 year old regular sales advisor so no level ground for salaries.
