      Staff Discount Provide full sets of uniform

      Cons

      Managers would use your quota for staff discount. Ask you to do overtime for free sometimes. UPT is their main focus of KPI, they request 2.2. If your UPT below expectation they might ask you to work in stockroom so you cannot make sales and high chance to have bad UPT again. Supervisors ask you do the not so profitable stuffs while they keep selling. Top sellers have their privilege to jump on your sales and take over your customers basically managers don't really care.
