      Great career development opportunities within the Company

      Pros

      Joined HB in 2015 as a Brand Specialist and progressed quite fast to management positions in flagship store. Company and managers provide outstanding training and give big support to build your career. The company’s excellent career advancement system gave me the chance to move to the Head Office, further progressing my development in new stimulating ways. Had a wonderful welcome from all the new colleagues and people in the office, who have been helping and supporting me every step of this new role. Last but not least the very competitive staff discount and the individual sales commission for in store roles (probably the best I've ever seen).

      Pros

      Meet some great people. Free uniform and decent discounts.

      Cons

      Most of the time there is such a big pressure to sell that is unreal especially for the pay. Managers are often being very difficult. There is one special AM in Leicester, keep away from that store if you want to work for HB that guy has personal issues and should be an AM.
