      Micromanagement and aggressive Sr management

      Very competitive pay structure at most levels

      Cons

      2019: Upper and senior management micromanage like crazy, American side of business is flat out mean. Very poor communication from corporate office. Reactive structure, constantly changing goals and targets with confusing logic and no warning. Understaffed, penny pinching, and self aggrandizing. Systems are ancient, slow, and pathetically featureless. No cross department growth opportunities. USA is an old boys club. Slow to adopt change and even slower (ie: won't) adopt outside best practices.

      Generous clothing allowance, Work finishes on time, no expectations to stay longer hours Great Christmas Parties Plenty opportunities to learn Really nice coworkers Supportive Work/life balance on the way to improve

      Being a Sales Associate at Hugo Boss

      Pros

      Studying HB Uni studies were very practical and useful.

      Cons

      -Management was unempathetic and favouritism took place. Management exaggerated little mistakes and didn't respect all of the employees. -Unsupportive group: some of the team members were bossing around other team members and making others feel like everything they do was wrong. -Fear driven and stressful atmosphere -Very competitive atmosphere Sales Associates were compared unfairly -Constant atmosphere of guilt of not meeting the often unrealistic goals -Expressing an appropriate critique about a problem in the team work was one of the reasons of getting fired
