Pros

Great brands, loveley environment in the HQ and Offices. Nice people (some are not though). Good offers for Work/Life balance (e.g. fitness centre & other sport activities, amazing canteen with fresh food, benefits for working parents)

Cons

Very political if you work in the higher Management. Very cost driven and hire & fire mentality.

BAD PAY, BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD TRAINING, BAD ENVIRONMENT, BAD UPPER MANAGEMENT, BAD HR DEPARTMENT, BAD, BAD, BAD. EXPECTED TO DO LOTS OF EXTRA UNPAID AND UNAPPRECIATED HOURS. I SUGGEST YOU AVOID WORKING HERE. LOTS OF VERY 'INAPPROPRIATE' GOINGS ON!!!!
