Terrible leadership. Managers/higher ups often hired based on connections to execute team, often lacking basic skills. Horrible managers are not let go of, even if they've grossly violate employer conduct. Company afraid to take action as hey fear actively finding talent Not a lot of room for advancement in Canada

Hugo Boss is maybe one of the best companies I have worked for. Amazing brand with fantastic product. Good salary with ability to earn great commission.

Cons

Possibly the poorest leadership I have ever witnessed. Communication to staff and in deed to customers on the shop floor was rude and disrespectful! Undermining members of management in front of staff and customers. No training in any aspect but expected to know the 'boss' way. No support or guidance at all!
