      Globally recognizable brand, generous employee discount. The benefit package is actually very good.

      Cons

      The overall commission plan is inadequate for global company; they want luxury client experience for their clients but are not willing to compensate experience clothing consultants. Poor management; oftentimes management staff lacks the experience for high-end luxury, and they don’t have men’s clothing expertise.
