-Great environment for those who are self-starters, great attitude and a thick skin. -Acceptable pay (for a commission-based jobs of its caliber) -Fantastic opportunity to meet relatively high-profile clientele -Excellent proving ground for those seeking to sharpen their sales skills. -Talented colleagues to learn from

Cons

-Issues between coworkers are basically left to them; no HR to settle disputes (as its a franchised Hugo Boss, and not a corporate store.) -Not a good environment for someone who doesn't have a lot of initiative/needs prompting.

Depends on your boss - great discount & fun atmosphere, great office views

Cons

It wasn't that bad, I left because there was no opportunity or room for advancement. Quick turnover / went through a few CEO's very quickly.
