Cons

Little support from upper management, rash decisions, poor experience from district managers, poor training, lack of accountability, low pay for anyone beneath manager role, no marketing support, zero advertising, poor stock control, poor communication, unsupportive VM team

experience. management title which helps on resume. good discount on clothes. milk it while you can.

Cons

severely underpaid. no overtime pay. vacation pto is very minimal. everyone is underqualified. not a huge market for this brand unless in very diverse cities w/ decent tourism.
