Commission is clearly above average. And the pay is outrageous. Company is very neat and by the book.

Cons

Becoming more than a sales associate is extremely hard. I personally was hired as a seasonal sales associate with the intention to stay if the quality of work and ethic was achieved. As I came to realize that upper management did no want me to learn about the company and suiting I felt I was being hired just to help in the rush of the season. I was unfortunately laid off. after meeting sales standards. High AUT's and UPT's, I was surprised to be dismissed. On the last week of December I sold over $35,000 of merchandise, a week later was laid off on January 6 because the company did not have a budget to pay me.

I have progressed well over the space of 3+ years with good opportunities to take on new responsibilities and learn more about the business in varied projects. There is a strong focus on achieveing targets but still an atmosphere of teamwork and socialising.

Cons

It can be frustrating when decisions are made at the head office in Germany and are enforced on all countries, but equally frustrating when projects or decisions are very slow as so many countries need to have input.
