Pros

Great brands, loveley environment in the HQ and Offices. Nice people (some are not though). Good offers for Work/Life balance (e.g. fitness centre & other sport activities, amazing canteen with fresh food, benefits for working parents)

Cons

Very political if you work in the higher Management. Very cost driven and hire & fire mentality.

The main pro to this job was the outrageously amazing employee discount on everything, especially the women's wear!

Cons

Since everything is commission and performance based the atmosphere can get very cut throat and very intense. have to be up for that.
