-staff discount -friendly team and supportive management -full training provided （online and workshop） -Uniforms are provided

Cons

-Pay rate is low -unattractive commission structure , the opportunity to get incentive is almost impossible if you are in a small story . -There are only 3 stock controllers across all stores in Australia which means sales consultants have to do more than sales also have to manage delivery , transfer also keep everything tidy and neat -Stock take occurs twice a year -Too many blackout periods - training are mandatory to atend after working a 8 hours shift (Everyone gets paid)
