Good pay good hours decent management freedom to work independently

Cons

Scatter brained when instructions came down from corporate. Constantly having to move and dress and take down mannequins and window displays almost weekly as the coordinators couldn't make up their mind. Will treat you unfairly if you do not fall in line with their polictics or mentality.

Awful upper management, continuous turnover in leadership and inconsistency in policies. Non competitive and arbitrary pay scale.

Cons

You will be stressed and overworked aswell as under appreciated. Holidays are hard to take and it feels like a hire and fire organisation
