great discount for staff but nothing else

very negative environment to work in, the area manager has fully emerged into drama, and everything is a fake push for numbers, without delivering real results. Very sad to see such a great company go down in flames due to the wrong people being at the top. No sickness pay not even when you have doctor's note,
