My work colleagues were amazing which made work fun

Low pay, micromanaged by higher up , no management support, no recognition for hard work. No commission , management lie everything is a secret , when store is visited by head office they treat employees like slaves no acknowledgment. Shocking culture! Don’t waste your time working here!!!
