Pros
Can earn money provided no off days and willing to work OTs most of the week. Even off days and leave will ask to go back to work .Less care about health concern and welfare.
Cons
Very poor management from all Hugo and boss store.Most of the manager and supervisor have no leadership skill to lead the team.Only concern about sales figure no people management skill.Benefits only soso and very little leave.Most of the time want staff to work OT and have no concern about staff welfare.Take note there’s no such thing as work life balance in this company!
